This website (generically called SITE) is the property of PRUDENT LEAP SOFTWARE S.R.L., based in Bucharest, District 1, 31 G-ral Gheorghe Magheru Bd., office 2, floor 5, registered at the Trade Register under no. J40/15783/2023, Sole Registration Number 48681039 (hereinafter referred as “PRUDENT LEAP SOFTWARE”). Accessing this site or any part of this site implies the agreement regarding the following terms. This terms and conditions take effect between you and PRUDENT LEAP SOFTWARE. Acceptance is considered implicit and unreserved. These terms also apply if you download our mobile applications (“apps”) whether on your computer, on a mobile device. These terms also apply to any other services that we may provide in relation to the Games or the Website, such as customer support, social media, community channels and other websites that we may operate from time to time. These terms are a legal agreement and contain important information about your rights and obligations in relation to our Services.

b. PRUDENT LEAP SOFTWARE may change the content of the site at any time, may make changes to the structure, content and accessibility, may cease to provide information on the site, without prior agreement and without any notice to you or third parties.

The lack of mention regarding some legal texts or incidental provisions does not lead to their inapplicability.

If we consider or suspect that you have violated one or more provisions, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your access to the site, without prior notice, you being liable for damages.

10. Conflict resolution. Applicable law

The agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with Romanian law. Any conflict will be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the first solution is mediation, in accordance with the law, and if it fails, it is appealed to the competent Romanian courts.
